Carroll targets more podium finishes
Adam Carroll believes that Team Ireland are capable of scoring regular podium finishes during the rest of the A1GP season
The GP2 race winner scored a podium on his A1GP debut at Brno in October, and he believes that the Irish team will come back stronger following the Christmas break.
"Hopefully we can do a really good job in New Zealand and Australia and improve from now to the end of the season, getting some podiums and scoring a lot more points," said the 25-year-old.
"We're taking things one step at a time but we're always moving forward and I'm feeling really positive about everything.
"Hopefully we'll start getting the results now to show it. We're going to go and give it everything next weekend and aim to be back on the podium."
Team boss Mark Gallagher added: "With Adam having had three weekend's experience with the team, I feel we are building some momentum.
"These next two races are important in order for us to try to build on the strong success of the first four races and break through into finishing on the podium again."
