Barrichello: I'll quit if I don't win
Formula One driver Rubens Barrichello claims he will retire from grand prix racing if he fails to win at Ferrari.
The 27-year-old Brazilian, who is currently in his seventh year of F1, is leaving the Stewart-Ford team to join Italian marque Ferrari at the end of this season.
'If after the eighth year of F1 I don't have a win, I'll retire,' he stated at the Goodwood Revival Meeting in Sussex this weekend.
Barrichello will be playing number two to Michael Schumacher, replacing Eddie Irvine - who has openly complained about having to play second fiddle to the German.
Despite the pressures of working for a top F1 team, Barrichello insists he will be able to handle it.
'I don't have a fear of Ferrari. The worth year was in 1994 when I had to face the death of Senna and the pressure of my country, who was hoping for me to replace him.
'Everybody said that I was a delusion, after that season. So it won't be so terrible, the pressure of being a Ferrari driver.'
