New Prost is in a Different League, Says Alesi

It was a disastrous 2000 for the French team, but after flying in pre-season testing, Alesi believes the AP04 car, with Ferrari power units, is in a different league to last year's Peugeot powered AP03
"It has nothing in commom with last year's car," said Alesi in British magazine F1 Racing. "They're worlds apart. Let's just say that I've now got my hands on a real Formula One car."
The Frenchman said he was delighted with the way pre-season testing had gone and admitted that the reliability of the new Prost was much improved on its predecessor, leaving the team in much better shape for the forthcoming season.
"Everything went really well in the season build-up," Alesi added. "We did more laps in the first four days of testing with the AP04 than in the whole of last year's season build-up with the AP03."
