Moto2: Locatelli race decision tomorrow
Roberto Locatelli says he will decide tomorrow if he competes in the French Grand Prix following his return to action in Friday's practice
Locatelli completed his first day on a motorcycle since his big crash in Jerez earlier this season, the Gilera rider finishing 24th and last in the first qualifying this afternoon.
The Italian admitted he was not completely comfortable on the bike yet, and said he will decide tomorrow if he takes part in Sunday's race or not.
Locatelli admitted his main priority is to be ready to race in his home Grand Prix at Mugello.
"I'm tired. I've been sleeping in the motorhome this afternoon after the session," he told autosport.com. "Out on track it was difficult when changing direction; it's difficult with my foot.
"When I accelerate it's difficult to put my weight over the front of the bike to keep the front down.
"I want to check tomorrow for the position (on the bike) and then after that, I don't know (what will do) for the race. I don't know what the risk is. I want to go to Mugello, it's my 'house'."
