United Sportscar - Watkins Glen: Westbrook has pitted from the lead which promotes Barbosa, who's on a different pit strategy. Brian Frisselle, on a similar strategy, runs second, ahead of Westbrook and Tung.

United Sportscar - Watkins Glen: It's not been a great day so far for BMW, having started the GTLM class from pole. Its cars are running nose-to-tail, but down in ninth and 10th in class. Both have been hampered by spins from pesky PC-class cars.

United Sportscar - Watkins Glen: Angelelli takes his penalty. He argued that "nobody told me to stop" - but the team rightly pointed out that a red light is an, er, red light.
United Sportscar - Watkins Glen: The third placed Wayne Taylor Racing Corvette has been pinged for running the red light at the end of the pitlane. That's a 60s stop/go penalty for Max Angelelli. Ouch.

United Sportscar - Watkins Glen: Memo Rojas, who's taken over from Pruett in the Ganassi Riley-Ford, has crashed at the final corner. A lot of rear-end damage after a collision with a GTD Porsche and, subsequently, the tyrewall.

United Sportscar - Watkins Glen: Second round of pitstops are complete, with Richard Westbook taking over the lead from Valiante in the Spirit of Daytona Corvette. Ho-Pin Tung takes over from Brundle in the OAK Morgan, and is running 3.8s behind.
Joao Barbosa is legitimately in the Action Express 'Vette now, and is up to third after Fittipaldi's run was interrupted by that penalty.
United Sportscar - Watkins Glen: Issues for the #4 Chevy, which is running second in GTLM as its number panel on the right-side door is peeling off. IMSA has told the team it must be reattached at its next pitstop. Oliver Gavin will take over from Milner, who has been in the car since the start.

United Sportscar - Watkins Glen: Big news! The leading Action Express car will receive a drivethrough penalty for an "improper starting driver". Clearly, notice that Fittipaldi would start wasn't given ahead of the race. What a mistake, and explains why Barbosa's name was on the transponder early on.

BTCC - Croft: After much discussion, Jack Goff (11th on the road in race two) will start the reversed-grid race from pole.
Third man Matt Neal has been thrown out of race two for a rideheight infringement, promoting Goff to 10th.
Jason Plato has been handed a grid penalty for his contact with Menu at the end of race two but keeps his sixth place (which has now become fifth).

United Sportscar - Watkins Glen: Tandy has passed Priaulx for third in GTLM. An impressive stint, as he started 10th in class, albeit not without incident.

WRX - Kouvola: Tanner Foust won the fourth round of the World Rallycross Championship in torrential conditions ahead of Andreas Bakkerud and Reinis Nitiss, who retains his championship lead.
There was much drama in the semi finals: a four-car crash in the second semi removed Toomas Heikkinen, Derek Tohill and Liam Doran from proceedings.
The race was stopped and Petter Solberg was able to make it back to the grid after frantic repairs for the restart. He finished the race to qualify for the final but missed the start, his team unable to repair the damage in time.

DTM - Norisring: Here's the story on Tambay, Tomczyk and da Costa being penalised after today's race. The only change to the results is Tambay dropping from fourth to ninth:
