MotoGP - Assen: Bradl takes 10th from Parkes, but it's still been a great ride by PBM's Australian rookie.

Lorenzo is now on Abraham's tail for 13th.
MotoGP - Assen: While he can't keep Marquez in sight now, Dovizioso is doing enough to stay clear of Pedrosa, with 6.7s from the Ducati to the Honda and four laps left.
MotoGP - Assen: Rossi has just come to life and done his best lap of the race, finally breaking clear of Iannone.

He took a second out of fourth-placed Aleix Espargaro in the process but the gap is 12.3s with five laps to go so Rossi needs a lot more than that.

Lorenzo is still trying to catch Abraham for 13th.
MotoGP - Assen: Parkes hanging on for 10th on the Paul Bird Aprilia would be a staggering result. He's got a two-second cushion over Stefan Bradl with five laps left.
MotoGP - Assen: The Brits have swapped places: Smith passes Crutchlow for eighth.
MotoGP - Assen: Marquez has extended his lead to 2.3s.

Pedrosa, having dropped Aleix Espargaro, is starting to catch Dovizioso for second, but the gap is 8s with six laps left.
MotoGP - Assen: Lorenzo finally passes Danilo Petrucci for 14th.
MotoGP - Assen: Has Pedrosa finally won the massive battle for third? He's now pulled out 1.5s over Aleix Espargaro.
MotoGP - Assen: Marquez is getting on with it now, a new best of the race in sector one gets his lead up to 1.3s.
DTM - Norisring: The first segment of qualifying is green here in Nurnberg. In less than 13 minutes we'll know which five drivers will make up the back of the grid. Will they be BMWs instead of Mercedes? Let's see.
WRC - Poland: Here's the top six on that stage and the overall classification as it currently stands:

SS15
1 Ogier 7m35.9s; 2 Mikkelsen +2.3s; 3 Neuville +3.4s; 4 Meeke +4.8s; 5 Hanninen +6.3s; 6 Hirvonen +10.4s.

Overall
1 Ogier 1h30m00.2s; 2 Mikkelsen +19.0s; 3 Hanninen +1m52.3s; 4 Neuville +2m08.0s; 5 Hirvonen +2m09.7s; 6 Kubica +2m39.8s.
MotoGP - Assen: Lorenzo is at least back into the points now in 15th.
MotoGP - Assen: Pedrosa repasses Espargaro for third for at least the 897th time in the race.

Rossi is 15s behind this battle and not catching it fast enough at the moment - and he hasn't shaken off Iannone, Bautista and Crutchlow yet.

Parkes is still hanging on to 10th behind Smith.
MotoGP - Assen: Dovizioso isn't letting Marquez run away from him, the Ducati staying within half a second of the Honda.
FR3.5 - Moscow: The stewards have ruled over the collision between title rivals Carlos Sainz Jr and Oliver Rowland from race one earlier today - and the Spaniard has been handed a two-place grid penalty for race two.

TV replays of the incident weren't clear, showing the cars making side-to-side contact as Rowland went down the inside into the final right-hand corner.

The stewards' decision suggests that the officials felt that Rowland's move was legitimate, and Sainz turned in when he should have given the Briton room while they were fighting over 17th place.

Yes, you read that correctly - 17th.
MotoGP - Assen: Edwards is giving up on wets and pitting for slicks again. That second shower never got going.
MotoGP - Assen: Marquez slices past Dovizioso and finally takes the race lead into the chicane with 10 laps to go.
MotoGP - Assen: Pol Espargaro crashes out from 12th. He's unhurt.
MotoGP - Assen: Pedrosa and Espargaro keep on swapping third place, as Rossi takes fifth from Iannone and Bradley Smith - back in 10th - throws in a new fastest lap out of nowhere.
MotoGP - Assen: Dovizioso's lead over Marquez is three tenths of a second with 12 laps left.

Edwards - the only man on wets - is very slow so it's definitely not wet enough again yet.
WRC - Poland: Mikkelsen's time is 2.3s slower than Ogier, meaning the reigning champion extends his lead to 19s as the morning loop comes to an end.
MotoGP - Assen: Rossi is coming back into this, overtaking Crutchlow for sixth.

Espargaro is back ahead of Pedrosa for third.
MotoGP - Assen: Iannone is up to fifth, heading a train featuring Crutchlow, Rossi and Bautista, with Parkes now dropping away.

Lorenzo is a miserable 17th.
MotoGP - Assen: Pedrosa takes third from Aleix Espargaro, but he's 9.3s behind leader Dovizioso, who has rebuilt a bit of his gap to Marquez again.
WRC - Poland: By contrast, VW team-mate is going like the clappers through the stage. And just as we type that, he reaches the finish and sets the fastest time of all - 7m35.9s. What can Mikkelsen do?
MotoGP - Assen: Regardless of his pit plans, Marquez is hunting down Dovizioso for the race lead. The gap is now down to 1.2s.
MotoGP - Assen: Honda is warming up Marquez's second bike again ready for another switch to wets if required.
MotoGP - Assen: Reports of more rain around the circuit - and Colin Edwards pits to take wets back on again.
MotoGP - Assen: Lorenzo is still in freefall, he's now fallen to 16th - not even in the points.
WRC - Poland: The pain is over for Latvala, who completes the stage 1m33.7s slower than Neuville.
MotoGP - Assen: Marquez is starting to come back at Dovizioso now. The Ducati's lead is down to 2.8s with 15 laps left.
MotoGP - Assen: Parkes and Iannone are having a wild dice for seventh now, right behind Bautista and Crutchlow's dice for fifth.
WRC - Poland: Latvala is losing lots of time as he drags his wounded Polo R to the finish.
MotoGP - Assen: Pedrosa is chasing Aleix Espargaro for third, but the soft tyre the Open class Forward Yamaha man can run is helpful at the moment.

Meanwhile Crutchlow has overtaken Parkes for sixth and the PBM man now has Iannone behind him.
MotoGP - Assen: More misery for Lorenzo as Pol Espargaro overtakes him and demotes him to 13th.
WRC - Poland: Drama for Latvala as a damaged suspension strut has broken free from the ratchet strap holding it in place.
MotoGP - Assen: Dovizioso isn't coming under pressure from Marquez at all yet - his lead is 4.1s and he's extending it.
MotoGP - Assen: Yes, that's a real sixth for Broc Parkes on Paul Bird's Aprilia. He was one of the first to change to slicks and has flown up the order.

Rob Austin, BTCC

BTCC - Croft: Rob Austin has called for owners of Audi A4s to help his squad complete the repairs on his car after his free practice off.

Austin crashed at Clervaux, bringing the session to an early end, and is looking for driver's side door glass.

"We think that's the only [extra] thing we need so far," he told AUTOSPORT.

"The car felt mega but I braked for turn one and it dawned on me I didn't have my awesomeness lever deployed.

"I think we'll be alright for qualifying - if anyone can do it my boys can."
MotoGP - Assen: Aoyama now finally pits, so the order is (all on slicks):

1 Dovizioso, 2 Marquez, 3 Pedrosa, 4 A Espargaro, 5 Bautista, 6 Parkes, 7 Crutchlow, 8 Iannone, 9 Rossi, 10 Bradl, 11 Smith, 12 Lorenzo.
