Plenty of Red Bull juniors have graduated from Formula Renault 3.5 to Formula 1 in the past, but until the 2014 season none of the energy drinks firm's charges had never won the title.
Carlos Sainz Jr put that right this year with a campaign that was spectacular when he was at his best.
