Ralf Disappointed Despite First Podium of 2003

Ralf Schumacher was disappointed after missing out on his first win of the season at today's Canadian Grand Prix at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve.
The Williams driver, starting from pole position for the second consecutive race, was beaten by his World Champion brother Michael in the race after the Ferrari driver emerged in the lead following the first round of the pitstops.
Ralf was never close enough to find a way past his brother and had to make do with second place, 0.7 behind, in a reversal of the 2001 Canadian Grand Prix where he beat the Ferrari to the chequered flag.
"I'm a bit disappointed. We had the race pace," said Ralf, the only driver who has finished all races in the points. "I can't see where he took the gap. Maybe he was in a different race. In 2001 I won it like this, now it's his turn."
Today was the first time this year that the Williams driver finished on the podium.
Colombian Juan Pablo Montoya, winner of the last race in Monaco two weeks ago, was third for Williams after a costly spin on the second lap while in second place behind Ralf.
"I just braked too late and got it sideways," said Montoya. "It was my fault completely."
