Vettel spins on the exit of Luffield on restart having initially got ahead of Alonso. The Aston Martin driver was side-by-side with the Spaniard but lost control of his car and slid up the old pit entry!

Good start from Leclerc, as Norris clears Bottas off the line for third!
Here we go again, the British Grand Prix is back underway once more!

On the tyre front it is as you were – all drivers on mediums except Perez on the hards at the back of the grid.

Pitlane's open, let's go again - it'll be a standing start.
The race will resume at 15:42 - so, in like eight minutes' time.
"I guess that was a racing incident, or what?", Bottas asks over the radio - perhaps trying to manifest a favourable result for the team.
Replay of the start shows Ocon driving into an ever-closing wedge between team-mate Alonso and Sebastian Vettel. Slight touch from Vettel, but no damage to either, it seems.
We're expecting to get underway again in 15 minutes' time.
Here is the developing story on the crash between Hamilton and Verstappen which has caused the British GP to be red flagged: https://www.autosport.com/f1/news/british-gp-red-flagged-after-hamilton-and-verstappen-clash/6633015/
The barrier's looking in much better nick now, as Verstappen's car gets hauled away from the scene. Hopefully we'll be back up and running relatively soon.
Verstappen's Red Bull looks like it's been through a cheese-grater as it's finally lifted away. Absolute write-off, lads - get your insurance company on the old blower.
"I've watched this replay several times and I'm feeling very cross about it," says Jonathan Wheatley to Michael Masi. "I completely understand Jonathan, that's why the stewards are investigating."
"Lewis was significantly alongside at Turn 9," Mercedes team manager Ron Meadows tells the FIA.
Naturally, that Verstappen/Hamilton incident is under investigation.
Mercedes is giving Hamilton's front wing a look-over - taping up the sensor on the endplate.
That's definitely a crash that's going to be played back for decades, I feel.
"Is Max okay?" Hamilton asks. Bono tells him that his rival is out of the car.
Verstappen opened the door and Hamilton tried the inside line at Copse, but clipped Verstappen's right-rear as two couldn't go into one. Leclerc nipped past the two and currently sits in the lead.
The race will be neutralised while the barriers get fixed. Let's recap that first-lap incident as the cars come to the pitlane.
Goodness me, that was something else! Hamilton and Verstappen battled through every single corner - but it all hit fever pitch at Copse.
Further back from the action at the front, Vettel made the best start of the midfield runners moving up to sixth place ahead of Alonso, with Sainz up to 8th and Raikkonen up to 9th.
Mercedes is preparing a new nose for Hamilton, but he's not come in! Meanwhile, Verstappen's out of the car - huge crash there.
The safety car is out after that huge crash between the leaders!
They've had contact! Hamilton and Verstappen have collided at Copse!
Hamilton immediately puts Verstappen under pressure, and they're side by side down the Wellington straight!  But Verstappen hangs onto the lead!
Easy tyre run-down today - Perez on hards, everyone else on mediums.
It'll be interesting to see if Alonso can repeat his mighty first-lap swashbuckling from yesterday too - what does the wily old fox have up his sleeve?
So, we've got Verstappen and Hamilton on the front row - Hamilton will be seeking retribution for losing the lead yesterday. Bottas is in third - while Perez is starting from the pitlane.
The risk of rain for this race is 0%, apparently. In England, it's never quite that simple...
The Red Arrows celebrate the Britishness of the event by painting a giant French/Dutch/Luxembourgish flag in the sky. Depends which angle you look at it.
