SS10 Pratdip 2: Bugalski stays ahead

Peugeot's Didier Auriol is still the best of the rest and still gradually slipping further behind the dominant Citroens. This time he was 8.9s slower through the stage than Bugalski.

Richard Burns maintained the good form he'd shown on Pratdip 1, almost matching Auriol's time to be fourth fastest. Burns is still ninth overall, with Delecour his next target 14.9s ahead. Carlos Sainz currently occupies the last point-scoring position and he's 18.7s clear of Burns.

Tommi Makinen set the fifth fastest time and though he is losing ground to Auriol, in the overall standings he is gradually closing in on the other remaining Peugeot driven by Gilles Panizzi.

Spanish hero Carlos Sainz made good progress on Pratdip 2. His equal sixth fastest time, with Panizzi, puts him up to sixth overall, displacing both team mate Francois Delecour and Mitsubishi's Freddy Loix.
