Tander wins race two
Toll HSV Dealer Team's Garth Tander made it two from two as he led home another 1-2-3 for Holden in race two of the Bigpond 400 at Barbagallo Raceway
Tander was tailed throughout the race by his teammate, reigning V8 Supercar champion Rick Kelly, with HRT's Mark Skaife making it the same podium as in race one.
But unlike race one, the gaps were much smaller, with Skaife closely followed by the two Jim Beam Racing Fords of Steven Johnson and Will Davison, even before a late-race safety car closed up the gaps.
FPR's Mark Winterbottom recovered from his problems yesterday to finish sixth, while fellow Ford driver Craig Lowndes went the other way, moving up to third at the start before drifting down the order during the race to finish eighth.
Jeld-Wen Motorsport's James Courtney looked set to follow Lowndes to the finish before an engine problem ended his race early.
After his early exit in race one, Todd Kelly put in a superb drive to finish tenth after starting the race in last position, 30th.
