Jani grabs feature race pole

Neel Jani produced a great late effort to take pole position for the A1GP feature race in Durban

Adam Carroll's ping-pong between the walls caused a late red flag, creating a three-minute dash for pole, which the Swiss won for his fourth pole of the season.

Robert Wickens came close to replicating his sprint race pole, but was a tenth shy of Jani's time and will line up second. Jonny Reid did well to take third for New Zealand, nipping in ahead of Team GBR's Oliver Jarvis, who will start fourth.

Bruno Junqueira starred again for Brazil to take fifth, just ahead of Holland's Jeroen Bleekemolen in sixth. Title chasers Germany and France line up seventh and eighth respectively.

Home driver Adrian Zaugg's tough weekend continued and he will line up 14th after losing his flying lap when Carroll spun in front of him.
