Q & A with Gimmi Bruni
Gimmi Bruni (Fourth, 27 points)
Q. Back to racing after a month off - you must be raring to go.
GB: Yeah, for sure it's nice to be back, and after one month off and a test that was maybe not so nice for us two weeks ago, when we had a few problems, it looks now like we've got everything sorted out and working fine, so I'm really looking forward to racing here. It's a good racing circuit - I won here in 2003 in Euro 3000 and also I had a good race last year in Formula One, so it's good to be here.
Q. So how did the test end up for you guys overall? I know you had a few problems...
GB: Yeah, we had a fire on the steering wheel! It's over now, and really we're just looking forward to tomorrow.
Q. You had your first run with the wet tyres at the test, and it looks as though you might get to use them here...
GB: We didn't really get to use them too much in Le Castellet - we were stuck in the pits, so I didn't get to run them completely - but they look fine in the wet and the other guys said they were really good, so if it looks like it will rain tomorrow we'll be fine, I'm sure.
Q. What are you looking for out of this weekend?
GB: For sure to be in the top three, and then we'll see after the weekend where I stand (in the championship).
