Glock fastest at Valencia
Timo Glock handled the switch from Formula One to GP2 with ease as he set the fastest time of the day at Valencia
The German had been testing for BMW this week, but showed that he will be a title challenger in GP2 with iSport next year.
Andreas Zuber proved just how strong iSport will be as he set competitive times throughout the day, while Nicolas Lapierre was impressive for DAMS.
Luca Filippi was fastest in the afternoon, having shared the session at Arden with Adrian Zaugg.
Antonio Pizzonia was second fastest in the morning and set another top 10 time in the afternoon for FMS, while Jose Maria Lopez was also consistent for BCN.
Lucas di Grassi had a disastrous morning with reigning champions ART. The Brazilian had to wait to get on track while the team changed his engine, and he then crashed on his first lap.
However, in the afternoon he settled down to set the eighth fastest time, just behind Michael Ammermuller, who has already been confirmed at the team for next season.
