Silverstone Euro F3: Harry Tincknell secures home victory
Harry Tincknell took his maiden Formula 3 European Championship win at Silverstone on Saturday morning, heading Alex Lynn for an all-British one-two

Carlin driver Tincknell led away from pole in his Dallara-Volkswagen, and held firm against his countryman, despite never leading Lynn's Prema Powerteam Dallara-Mercedes by more than a second at any stage.
It was the first British win in a European F3 race since Johnny Dumfries triumphed at Jarama in 1984.
Lynn had passed Felix Rosenqvist for second at Maggotts on the opening lap; the Swede having lost momentum after being squeezed onto the kerb by Tincknell at the entrance to Copse and backing out of an overtaking move.
Mucke driver Rosenqvist finished third, while behind him there was a great scrap for fourth that eventually went the way of Prema's Lucas Auer.
Auer had completed the opening lap in seventh place, but moved up a spot when his championship-leading team-mate Raffaele Marciello outbraked himself and slid wide while attempting to overtake Will Buller's T-Sport car.
Marciello repassed him when Auer's own attempt to pass Buller at Copse failed a few laps later, but it was the Austrian who eventually made it through after Marciello ran wide when attempting another move on the T-Sport car.
Auer look just three laps to reduce his five-second deficit to Carlin's Nicholas Latifi to nothing and easily passed him in the slow infield complex with three laps to go.
Latifi finished fifth, ahead of Marciello and Buller while eighth went to Felix Serralles after the Puerto Rican pulled off a succession of terrific moves on Pipo Derani and Jordan King.
Josh Hill was the only retiree, stopping in the pits at mid-distance with damage to his undertray after a collision with Sven Muller.
