Croft 2: Dirani does the double

Brazilian Danilo Dirani won race two at Croft just like he won the first - by leading from start to finish. The Carlin driver, who started from pole, didn't put a foot wrong and again assumed control to score maximum points from Sunday's race

Potential challengers Will Power and James Rossiter, who started third and fourth, crashed at the first corner, each blaming the other, and this left Ernesto Viso in second place. But it wasn't to be for Viso either, as he lost it at the chicane on his own, leaving Australian Will Davison in second.

From there to the flag, the positions were pretty static, with the untouchable Dirani chased by Davison, Lucas di Grassi, Clavio Piccione, Karun Chandhok and Marko Asmer completing the top six.

Championship favourite Nelson Piquet Jr failed to make the finish, pulling up with electrical problems.
