Walkinshaw: Frentzen 'Worth his Weight in Gold'

Arrows boss Tom Walkinshaw has said that he has no regrets about replacing Dutchmanm Jos Verstappen at the start of the season and said Heinz-Harald Frentzen is "worth his weight in gold".

Walkinshaw decided to dump Dutchman Verstappen on the eve of the season in favour of Frentzen and he admitted that his decision is paying dividends.

"He can fit into some teams and maybe not others," Walkinshaw said on Sky's F1 Digital. "And all I can say is that he's really fitted into our team and he's worth his weight in gold at the moment."

German Frentzen scored the team's first point of the season when he finished sixth at the Spanish Grand Prix and Walkinshaw has hailed his role in the development of the Leafield-based team this year.

Walkinshaw claimed Frentzen is bringing the best out of his Brazilian teammate Enrique Bernoldi.

"The ambience is just fantastic in the team now," he added. "Heinz takes time to explain to Enrique why he wants the car a certain way and he couldn't have a better teacher. Heinz likes to tell him and Enrique likes to listen and ask the questions, and the pair have seemed to get on very well."
