Ralf Recovers to Win 'Perfect Race'

Ralf Schumacher roared back from a terrifying crash in Australia two weeks ago to celebrate a dream win at the Malaysian Grand Prix on Sunday.

"It was a perfect race," said the German after leading a Williams one-two to end Ferrari's monopoly in Malaysia.

"The team did a fantastic job, the car was just there the whole race. "It was just an easy game, I'm amazed how quick the car was today. I can't really believe it."

The result gave Ralf the fourth win of his career and the first since the German Grand Prix last July. It also provided the perfect comeback after his first corner collision with Ferrari's Rubens Barrichello in Melbourne.

Ralf slammed into the back of Barrichello's car, flying high over it and then crunching into the tyre barriers.

On Sunday, it was the turn of Ralf's teammate Juan Pablo Montoya and his older brother and four times World Champion Michael to nudge each other at the first corner. Montoya was penalised for the incident but came back to take second ahead of Michael.
