Ferrari to open chain of stores
Ferrari plans to open a global chain of merchandising outlets selling goods related to its Formula One team
There is currently only one such shop, in Milan, but Ferrari wants to expand the operation, according to Marketing Week magazine.
Ferrari has been working hard to focus its merchandising efforts, last year signing a £72m deal with American company Mattel to produce models of their cars.
This is part of a plan by the team to expand its marketing into area's not directly linked to the motor industry.
