Salo Remains Calm Despite Troubled Practice
Mika Salo remained calm ahead of Saturday's qualifying despite a very troubled practice that saw him finish in 18th place with his Toyota.

The Finn missed nearly the whole first practice session today due to a problem with the power steering of his Michelin-shod TF102, and his mechanics were forced to change the rear end of the car at the end of the second hour-long session due to an oil leak.
But despite the problems, Salo - who was very impressed with his mechanics' work - kept his cool and admitted he was not worried for tomorrow's qualifying.
"The guys changed the whole rear end in ten minutes, which was unbelievable," said Salo of his mechanics. "I have never seen that done before. We now have a pretty good idea what to do for qualifying, so I am not too worried about our positions today."
Teammate Allan McNish also had a difficult day, finishing in 21st position only ahead of Minardi's Alex Yoong.
