Webber Relishes 'Good Pressure' from Williams

Australian driver Mark Webber says his Williams team want him to start winning races as soon as next season.

The 28-year old, however, is relishing the pressure.

"I guess next year we're going to find out how fast I really am," Webber told his team's website. "Patrick Head has already said to me that he wants wins and that one or two won't be enough, so there's pressure there - but it's good pressure."

Webber, whose best result so far is a fifth place with Minardi in 2002, has joined Williams from the Jaguar team, with whom he shone but failed to achieve good results before the squad were sold to Red Bull at the end of last year.

The Australian feels he is now ready for the new challenge.

"If you only set yourself small tasks or goals it's not very challenging," he added. "I know that at the Williams team I'm going to have days when I think, 'Jeez, I'm really under the pump here.'

"But when you get your breath you think, 'Yeah, this is why I'm here - to consistently test myself against the best.'"
