Red Bull Racing confirmed today that David Coulthard will be testing for the team this week at Jerez, Spain, but the team declined to say whether Coulthard will drive for the outfit next season.

Coulthard, who visited the Red Bull factory on Monday for a seat fitting, has been looking for a racing seat for the 2005 season, after his contract ended with McLaren-Mercedes after nine seasons.
The Scot has been linked to Jaguar before owners Ford sold the team to Red Bull, and he has been hinting over the last few days at a possible deal with the new team owners.
"I am pleased to have the opportunity to join the team at Jerez this week and am really looking forward to getting back behind the wheel of an F1 car," Coulthard said in a statement released by Red Bull. "I have spoken to Dietrich Mateschitz, the new team owner, and it has been good to hear the plans for Red Bull Racing's future - it is certainly an exciting new team."
