Hamilton is now 8s clear of Verstappen, who's 2.6s ahead of Rosberg.
Red Bull asks Verstappen if he fancies inters. He says conditions aren't quite there but his wets are wearing out.
Replays show Gutierrez demoting Wehrlein, who is really struggling in the Manor. Difficult to regain confidence once the tyre and brake temperatures drop in these conditions.
Vettel lunges past Alonso to take seventh. Alonso tries to come back at the Ferrari but to no avail.
Verstappen comes back out in fifth ahead of the battling Nasr and Vettel.
Alonso argues he's been forced off the track by Vettel during their battle, but it's difficult to see how he can make that case given he was attempting an ambitious sweep around the outside of the Ferrari in retaliation to that lunge.
That leaves Hamilton leading Rosberg by 12s and Perez by 21s.
"Pick the pace up Nico now, got a good opportunity now," Rosberg is urged.
Ricciardo is matching leader Hamilton for pace on inters. He's past Ocon for 10th and looking good in the Red Bull.
Vettel passes Nasr's Sauber on the inside into the Senna S. That's top six now for the Ferrari.
Looks like Rosberg might've had a small incident as he's back up to speed after that sudden 5s loss.
Button says he "cannot drive" through the last few corners on the intermediate tyre, as McLaren insists it's the right tyre to be on. Button pits for full wets.
Order: 1 Hamilton; 2 Rosberg +18.4s; 3 Perez +24.8s; 4 Sainz +30.9s; 5 Verstappen +34.5s; 6 Vettel +41.2s. Verstappen on inters.
A replay shows Rosberg's time loss was down to a half-spin out of Juncao.
"Expect to stay out covering rain, and expect more rain shortly," Mercedes tells Rosberg. "You're doing a really good job."
Verstappen is rapidly catching fourth-placed Sainz using his inters but not going any quicker than the leading Mercedes pair.
Alonso's McLaren squirms underneath him as Hulkenberg and Ricciardo home in on his location. Battle for seventh to 10th is bunching up.
"Something is really wrong," says Gutierrez, who is really struggling right now. He pits from 15th in the Haas.
Massive crash for Massa near the spot where Ericsson shunted earlier.
The location of the wrecked Williams means the pitlane is closed again.
Massa waves a final grand prix farewell to his adoring Brazilian public as he trudges back into the pits.
So this will bunch the pack up and help the Red Bulls catch those on wets - but the rain is increasing so are inters the right option?
"Had a bit of aquaplaning just now," reports Hamilton, who thinks his wet tyres are getting tired.
Massa looks very emotional as he wraps himself in a Brazilian flag and waves to the crowd.
1 Hamilton (W); 2 Rosberg (W); 3 Perez (W); 4 Sainz (W); 5 Verstappen (I); 6 Vettel (W); 7 Nasr (W); 8 Alonso (W): 9 Hulkenberg (W); 10 Ricciardo (I)
11 Ocon (W); 12 Kvyat (W); 13 Bottas (I); 14 Wehrlein (W); 15 Magnussen (I); 16 Gutierrez (W); 17 Button (W)
Replays show Massa saving a massive slide before crashing in a similar fashion to Ericsson, losing control on the inside line then smashing into the barriers on the outside then back across to the inside of the track.
