Vettel is up to 12th already. Alonso has split the Manors and is ninth.
Red Bull tells Ricciardo that his team-mate "found good grip on the outside of Turn 3". Handy info for future moves.
Vettel takes Bottas too, so that's 11th place for the remaining Ferrari
Hamilton's lead over Verstappen is 1.4s. Rosberg is another 1.8s back.
Vettel slides past Wehrlein and into the points at the Senna S. Vettel looking more comfortable after struggling before the stoppages.
Verstappen sets a fastest lap of 1m25.995s, that's half a second faster than Hamilton - gap down to 1.1s.
Rosberg is 4s off the lead in third, but is now clear of Perez, who is being caught by Ricciardo.
Hulkenberg is attempting a charge of his own after picking up that damage earlier. He's up to 14th and homing in on Magnussen's Renault.
Hamilton puts in the fastest lap now, a 1m25.779s brings his lead back to 1.6s.
Button pits for inters, despite McLaren wanting him to stay out. He and Massa are the guinea pigs for the rest.
Hamilton gets his lead up to 2s over Verstappen and 5.3s over Rosberg.
"Massa is 2s slower than you on inters," Force India tells Perez.
Hulkenberg passes Magnussen then Wehrlein's Manor in consecutive moves. He's up to 12th and targeting Bottas's Williams next.
"Verstappen's running even wider than that, try a higher gear in Turn 9," is Mercedes' advice to Rosberg.
Hulkenberg often stars in the wet, and he looks really racey in the Force India at this stage.
Ricciardo is inching closer to Perez for fourth, they're now 1.3s apart.
Vettel has homed right in on Ocon's Manor. The Ferrari moves up into ninth easily on the front straight.
"Expecting the rain to ease for the moment but then it will get stronger later," is Mercedes' message to Rosberg.
We're now onto lap 38 of 71, with 53 minutes of racing left if it runs uninterrupted.
Wehrlein reports he is "aquaplaning" in the Manor. Not comfortable as he slips back to 14th behind Magnussen's Renault. Button reports finding it tough whatever tyre he uses.
Somehow Verstappen keeps enough momentum to reach the Senna S still in second ahead of Rosberg.
Verstappen got completely broadside in a high-speed half-spin, caught it with the use of the pitlane entry and held second!
"Well held Max," says Red Bull. "Heartbeat went a bit higher there," he replies.
Verstappen is still only 6.6s behind Hamilton and still second just ahead of Rosberg. Astonishing.
Bottas has decided it's time for inters. He comes out 17th, between team-mate Massa and Button's McLaren.
Ricciardo is right behind Perez for fourth now, while Red Bull warns him not to repeat his team-mate's error.
Hulkenberg is top-six fast in his Force India, homing in on the back of Ocon's Manor for 10th place.
Order: 1 Hamilton; 2 Verstappen +7.4s; 3 Rosberg +10.3s; 4 Perez +17.2s; 5 Sainz +22.3s
"We expect heavier rain in five minutes," Force India warns Perez.
Ricciardo rejoins 11th after that stop and taking his time penalty, just ahead of Magnussen's Renault.
