Technically there are 20 laps to go, but the clock says only 33 minutes left so we won't go full distance.
"Seriously, the car is not working guys. I've not forgotten how to drive in the wet! It's the same as qualifying." Button is not a happy man in that McLaren-Honda, which he felt had way too much oversteer dialled into it yesterday.
"They need to clean up well - a lot of debris," reports Hulkenberg on the aftermath of Massa's crash.
"The mirrors are quite useless, so tell me cars that will overtake me," says Alonso to McLaren. The team tells him Magnussen, Gutierrez and Button will be allowed to come through as lapped cars.
"The safety car's so slow I'm struggling to keep temperature in these tyres," says Hamilton, who's told it will improve.
Ricciardo and Wehrlein have come into the pits to fit fresh wets. Ricciardo was complaining the rain was worsening under the safety car.
"More water now, how many more crashes do they want to see?" says Rosberg. "Massive aquaplaning."
"We are waiting for a crash to happen like this," says Verstappen as he struggles on inters even behind the safety car.
Red Bull and Verstappen are debating whether to come in for wets.
Verstappen pits, the clincher: "can you make your way through the field on full wets?" He agrees.
"Just past the pit entry on full throttle, where Kimi had his accident, a lot of aquaplaning there," reports Button.
So the lead group is now Hamilton, Rosberg, Perez, Sainz, Vettel after the Red Bulls' stops to retake wets.
Back to green, another slick restart from Hamilton.
Rosberg is much closer to Hamilton on this restart than he has been before.
Hamilton gets up to speed now and he's 1.7s clear of Rosberg by the middle sector.
A 360 degree spin for Alonso, similar to Vettel way back at the beginning of this race. He drops to 17th behind team-mate Button with that.
Hamilton completes the first lap after the restart 2s clear of Rosberg and 4s ahead of Perez.
Manor tells Wehrlein to be less aggressive into Turn 12.
Sainz continues to hold fourth, but under a fair bit of pressure from Vettel now.
Sauber is trying to keep Nasr calm, knowing he stands to turn the Swiss team's season around if he can remain sixth to the flag.
Hamilton is 0.9s quicker than Rosberg this time past and the lead grows to 4s with 18.5 minutes left.
Sainz inches slightly clear of Vettel and they're both pretty close to third-placed Perez.
"Sorry guys. I could not see anything," says Alonso of that earlier spin. McLaren tells him the pace is strong and "anything can happen." That's certainly true!
Nasr defending for grim death from Hulkenberg in the battle for sixth.
Verstappen has passed Bottas around the outside of Turn 3 and swept past Red Bull team-mate Ricciardo too. Verstappen up to 10th now.
Hulkenberg finally breaks Nasr's resolve, driving around the outside of the Sauber at Turn 3. Verstappen passes Kvyat at Turn 4 to take ninth.
Lead order: 1 Hamilton; 2 Rosberg +4.4s; 3 Perez +11.4s; 4 Sainz +14.2s; 5 Vettel +15.5s; 6 Hulkenberg +18.4s
Fifteen minutes or 10 laps of racing left, whichever mark we hit first.
Ocon next for Verstappen, who almost loses it on the main straight. He's searching, but the impressive Manor rookie is holding on brilliantly.
Gutierrez retires with an "emergency situation," according to Haas.
