Lap 17: Di Resta is dropping away from the top six, to the tune of 9.4s. He is still a decent 3.3s ahead of his team-mate Sutil, with Schumacher ninth.
Lap 17: Vettel responds as his team-mate piles on the pressure, with his lead now 1.6 seconds.
Lap 16: No immediate shower threat from the west in the next 15 minutes, so the track will continue to dry.
Lap 16: Meanwhile, Webber is flying and has slashed the gap to Vettel to just over a second.
Lap 16: Ferrari reports it is struggling for temperature on its slick rubber as Hamilton storms away from Alonso after an incredibly brave move.
Lap 16: Kobayashi is 12th with Heidfeld now 13th, Alguersuari 14th, Maldonado 15th, Buemi 16th, Petrov 17th and Barrichello 18th.
Lap 16: And it's both McLarens beating up the Ferrari's at the moment as Hamilton storms past Alonso on the wet line into Copse.
Lap 15: That's an immense overtake from Button, putting him up to fifth.
Lap 15: Button tires the brave outside line on Massa at Stowe and makes it stick with a sensational run down off-line into the Vale.
Lap 15: Michael Schumacher has been handed a 10 second stop-go penalty for causing that earlier collision with Kobayashi.
Lap 15: Sutil is eighth but has Schumacher now just 1.2s behind him. Rosberg is 10th and Perez is still on his tail after the stops.
Lap 15: Hamilton is now all over the gearbox of Alonso's Ferrari.
Lap 15: Button tries a move at Woodcote but he can't make it stick on the wet part of the circuit.
Lap 15: Kamui Kobayashi is being investigated for an unsafe release following his stop for dry tyres. He is 12th currently.
Lap 14: Massa heads out and is now behind Hamilton on the road and now chased by Button, who has temperature and experience on his slicks.
Lap 14: Schumacher is 3.6s behind Sutil and will catch the Force India as Sutil gets used to the dry tyres in these conditions. This is for 11th.
Lap 14: Vettel drives off back into the lead with slick tyres on his Red Bull.
Lap 14: Vettel pits, as Massa surely will too, but the latter is likely to lose out badly to Hamilton.
Lap 14: Vettel continues to lead on intermediates but will surely be in the pits this time by.
Lap 14: Schumacher sets another new fastest lap of the race with 1m47.844s. He is now 12th.
Lap 13: Rosberg and Perez pits from seventh and eighth. Alguersuari is also in from a temporary 10th position.
Lap 13: Massa is heavily compromised by continuing on intermediates, while Webber, Alonso and Hamilton all resume on slicks.

Lap 13: Massa is struggling for grip but Hamilton couldn't stop his car again after diving past the Ferrari at Brooklands.
Lap 13: He is now 17th and will gain some positions having changed onto dry tyres first.

Lap 12: Soft slicks go on Button's McLaren as team-mate Hamilton goes off again at Brooklands after trying to pass Massa.
Lap 12: Kobayashi pits from ninth. Maldonado, Buemi, Petrov and Barrichello also come in for dry tyres.
Lap 12: Button is in the pitlane for a switch to dry rubber.
Lap 12: Schumacher is fastest through the dry first sector of the lap, but he was losing time in the middle sector where it's much wetter.
Lap 11: Schumacher has rejoined in 18th position following that altercation with Kobayashi. That incident is being investigated by the stewards.
Lap 11: Webber has picked up his pace and shaken off the chase of Alonso while Massa is still under massive pressure from Hamilton.
Lap 11: Heidfeld pits the Renault from 12th.
Lap 11: Meanwhile, Vettel seems perfectly happy on his tyres at the moment and sets the fastest lap to build his lead up to 8.1 seconds.
Lap 11: Schumacher takes on a new front wing and a set of slicks. The back of the circuit will certainly be an adventure on his next lap.
Lap 10: Hamilton is looking for where to make his move as Massa looks to be struggling with the last grip from his intermediates.
Lap 10: Michael Schumacher was also compromised in that spin for Kobayashi. Schumacher now pits - clear contact from the Kobayashi incident.
Lap 9: Hamilton is tucked under the rear wing of Massa while Alonso harries Webber just ahead on the road.
Lap 9: Ricciardo was holding the battle towards the back, but he is just beginning to fall away now in 23rd.
Lap 9: Kobayashi has spun his Sauber at Brooklands, denting his chase of di Resta's Force India.
