Rossi Set for Monza Rally
Valentino Rossi's reason to visit Subaru's Prodrive Headquarters was to negotiate using a works Impreza at the Monza Rally in November, according to Gazzetta dello Sport

The four-time MotoGP champion visited Subaru's preparation company Prodrive, the day after winning the British Motorbike GP at Donington Park.
Rossi is no stranger to rallying, having competed in the Monza event for the last two years in a Toyota Corolla WRC. He also drove in the British round of the WRC in 2002.
The plans could also include plans to compete in the Memorial Bettega, the traditional race held at Bologna's Motor Show in December.
Subaru have declined to comment on the speculation.
As part of the tour, Rossi went to MIRA and had a ride with Chris Atkinson, as the Australian shook down the Impreza for next week's Rally Finland.
The move is not likely to mark a full time switch to four wheels, after he declared at Donington Park he wants to continue in MotoGP for at least another two years.
