Loeb happy after two-day test
Sebastien Loeb has said he felt comfortable after his return to driving a WRC car at competitive speeds last week, this week's Autosport reports
The world champion, who drove the new Citroen C4 for two days, said that he was happy to be back in the car.
"I was quite comfortable at the wheel of the car, there were no major problems," he said. "I wasn't in too much pain."
Loeb added that he was glad his return came in a test environment, where he was not under pressure to complete any particular distance.
"It is still difficult to drive the car for longer periods of time," he said, "but it was good it was in a test because I was able to stop when I wanted.
"I took my time and when I felt ready I did a little more, and the thing I am really happy with is being back in the car."
Loeb added that there is still more to come from the new car, and the Frenchman has two more tests coming up in preparation for the opening events of the season in Monte Carlo and Sweden.
