LEGO® Technic™ teams up with Ferrari to capture the element of the 488 GTE

LEGO® TECHNIC™ has created a spectacular range of realistic sportscar models, with the Ferrari 488 GTE “AF Corse #51” a true highlight in the collection.

LEGO Technic, the brand’s advanced line focused on real-life functions and movements for experienced builders, provides the opportunity to capture a vehicle’s design, appearance and top-range workings like gearboxes, steering systems and engine mobility.

These high-quality models allow builders to delve into much greater detail of lifelike models through the close and detailed partnerships LEGO has developed with manufacturers to create its “Build for Real” theme.

This truly comes to life in one of LEGO Technic’s latest models, the iconic Ferrari 488 GTE “AF Corse #51”, which allows builders to become immersed in the world of endurance racing.

From authentic front and rear suspension systems to a V8 engine model with moving pistons, the model is also equipped with a fully functional steering system and opening doors.

Dressed in its famous scarlet red Ferrari colours, the model car comes with a full selection of stickers and sponsor motifs used in the World Endurance Championship and that will be familiar to any motorsport fan.

At 13cm tall, 48cm long and 21cm wide, the completed model will stand out in any collection or in a pride of place on a desk or presentation and will allow everyone to enjoy the full details both from the outside and underneath the bodywork.

The Ferrari 488 GTE “AF Corse #51” by LEGO Technic provides a rewarding project for any experienced builder, while also acting as the ideal birthday present or special occasion gift for true fans of Ferrari and its glorious motorsport heritage.

It is also the perfect challenge for anyone with a passion in engineering and technology by offering a key entry point into the world of motorsport.

Every LEGO Technic model is also manufactured to the highest of industry standards and safety measures.
