It's over - rookie Quartararo has incredibly taken pole for only his fourth MotoGP race, ahead of team-mate Morbidelli in a one-two for the new Petronas Yamaha team.
Dovizioso's lap was the best of the afternoon in the first three sectors but he faded and only goes fourth behind Quartararo, Marquez and Morbidelli.
Rookie Quartararo's 1m36.880s on the year-old Petronas Yamaha is 0.090s than Marquez's provisional pole. Brilliant lap.
Lorenzo is walking away unhurt, but it's going to be another bad qualifying position. He's 10th right now.
Crutchlow, who had a nasty crash this morning in practice three, caught a big wobble off a kerb on his last run.
Marquez is back out and having a crack at improving his pole mark. He's faster than before in sector one, and three too. Sector two wasn't so great.

Q2 begins - Danilo Petrucci was fastest for Ducati in both practice two and three, but he's up against team-mate Andrea Dovizioso, both works Hondas, Cal Crutchlow and the two works Suzukis in this pole battle now.
ORIOL PUIGDEMONT reports that Iannone's x-rays show no broken bones in his ankle, but he's being taken to a Jerez hospital for a CT scan because of the pain he is in.
