125cc: Talmacsi retains pole

Gabor Talmacsi confirmed his good form at the Sachsenring by maintaining pole position in the second qualifying session for tomorrow's 125cc Grand Prix of Germany

While the Hungarian improved on yesterday's session by almost one tenth of a second, to set a final time of 1:26.839, no other rider managed to break the 1:26 barrier.

Mattia Pasini got closest, reaffirming yesterday's second spot on the grid with a time a little over four tenths behind Talmacsi.

Hector Faubel improved on yesterday's fifth spot by snatching third, just 11 thousandths of a second behind Pasini.

Briton Bradley Smith also improved from his seventh spot by qualifying fourth, ahead of Lukas Pesek in fifth and Sandro Cortese in sixth.

In seventh spot was Simone Corsi, followed by Randy Krummenacher in eighth, Sergio Gadea in ninth, and Esteve Rabat rounding up the top ten.
