Moto2: Kallio claims first pole
Mika Kallio has taken his first pole position in qualifying for tomorrow's 250cc Grand Prix of Germany

The Finnish KTM rider improved from yesterday's fifth place in first qualifying by setting a time of 1:24.413, seven tenths faster than yesterday.
Honda's Andrea Dovizioso qualified in second place, 0.230 seconds behind Kallio. The Italian also improved from yesterday's sixth spot.
Aprilia's Alex de Angelis reaffirmed his third spot on the grid by setting a time four thousandths of a second slower than Dovizioso.
Series leader Jorge Lorenzo could only take fourth spot, despite after having finished yesterday's qualifying session on top.
Julian Simon qualified fifth, followed by Hiroshi Aoyama in sixth and Hector Barbera in seventh.
Marco Simoncelli, Alvaro Bautista and Yuki Takahashi complete the top ten.
