Moto2: Dovizioso takes pole in Turkey
Andrea Dovizioso took pole position for tomorrow's 250cc Turkish Grand Prix
The Italian swapped positions a few times at the top with Spaniard Jorge Lorenzo, but towards the end of the session set a time of 1:57.473 - with an extremely quick final sector - that could not be beaten.
With the chequered flag already out, Lorenzo was quickest in first three sectors, but in the end had to settle for second, 77 thousandths of a second behind Dovizioso.
Alvaro Bautista didn't set a competitive time today but the time he set yesterday for his provisional pole was enough for third spot.
Alex de Angelis qualified in fourth, with Marco Simoncelli fifth. Sixth place went to Tomas Luthi, followed by Mika Kallio in seventh.
Julian Simon, Hiroshi Aoyama and Hector Barbera round up the top ten.
