It is nostalgia time in the Autosport office, as some hard-to-pin-down footage of 1970s and 1980s Grand Prix racing throws up some classic memories...
There are some very distracting DVDs being passed round the Autosport office at the moment and finally they have landed on my desk. (I've just read that sentence back to myself - and it sounds a bit dodgy... No, not those sort of DVDs!)
They're big doses of Formula 1 nostalgia that, as the new season draws ever closer, have brought it home just how much the sport has changed in my relatively short lifetime.
