The Brazilian Chamber of Commerce will host a lunch meeting for UK motorsport companies on Friday (September 26) at the Meliá White House Hotel in Albany Street, London, to reveal plans to create a motorsport technology 'cluster' in the nation, using the UK's 'Motorsport Valley' as a model. The development, planned for the state of Santa Catarina, is being advised by Britain's Motorsport Industry Association

The Santa Catarina state government and the MIA have agreed to support improved cooperation for sharing technologies and business opportunities.

Friday's event will be conducted in the presence of the Brazilian ambassador, José Maurício Bustani, and will feature a speech from the governor of Santa Catarina, Luiz Henrique da Silveira. The governor will be accompanied by a significant civic and business delegation.
