Ammermuller disqualified from sprint
Team Germany's Michael Ammermuller has been thrown out of the A1GP sprint race results in Durban
The German was excluded for his collision with Jeroen Bleekemolen on the penultimate lap of the race, which brought out the red flags.
Bleekemolen was outraged after the move, which took place in the fast, sweeping final right-hand corner. It is Ammermuller's fourth driving penalty in the 2007/08 A1GP season.
"He's just mad," Bleekemolen said. "He's pushing people off at every race. He hit me three times and the last time was just so hard I went off.
"This guy is impossible to race against. We have to look at this. I was really angry because I thought we lost the result, but luckily there was the red flag. It's a disgrace. I never want to talk to this guy again in my life, he's crazy."
Ammermuller protested his innocence.
"It was not my fault," said the German. "He moved over on me and braked very hard and I hit him a little. It was not my mistake."
Ammermuller's exclusion promotes John Martin (Australia) to sixth, Filipe Alburquerque (Portugal) to seventh, David Garza (Mexico) to eighth, Fairuz Fauzy (Malaysia) to ninth, while the final point for tenth now goes to Team USA's Jonathan Summerton.
