IndyCar - Baltimore: Ahead of this weekend's Baltimore street race, AUTOSPORT's US editor Mark Glendenning got the paddock's view on the plan for a global 'winter series' from 2015 that we revealed last week.

News analysis: teams split over IndyCar global plans
MotoGP - Silverstone: We're one bike down on the entry list this weekend.

After his collarbone injury at Indianapolis, Czech star Karel Abraham gritted his teeth to ensure he could race on home ground at Brno a week later, but has chosen to sit Silverstone out so he can recover properly.
MotoGP - Silverstone: Now the other Honda hits the front. Dani Pedrosa is first into the 2m04s with a 2m04.946s.
MotoGP - Silverstone: Championship leader, and winner of the last four grands prix, Marc Marquez takes over at the top on a 2m05.1s.
MotoGP - Silverstone: Crutchlow trims a few tenths off his table-topping time despite getting a bit caught up with Nicky Hayden's Ducati on that last lap.
MotoGP - Silverstone: As the early tentative times flow in, Crutchlow is fastest on a 2m05.630s.
MotoGP - Silverstone: For the first time since MotoGP returned to Silverstone from Donington Park in 2010, the series is using the traditional pitlane between Woodcote and Copse, rather than Formula 1's new complex between Club and Abbey.

That means Copse becomes the first corner again.
MotoGP - Silverstone: Riders are already flooding out onto the circuit as practice one gets underway.

It's cloudy but dry, although we had a tiny hint of rain in the preceding Moto3 session.
It's not just motorbikes this weekend, we also have the World Endurance Championship's first round since Le Mans at Interlagos, Sebastien Loeb's arrival in European Rallycross at Loheac, IndyCar on the streets of Baltimore, the European Rally Championship in the Czech Republic and Auto GP plus Superstars at Donington Park.
Good morning from AUTOSPORT Race Centre Live as we commence MotoGP's British Grand Prix weekend from Silverstone.
