DTM - Moscow Raceway: Would seem the heat is playing havoc with the softer tyres. Nico Muller and Marco Wittmann have both already pitted, well before the 50 percent race distance.

MotoGP - Sachsenring: Marquez may be on pole yet again, but he had a horrible crash on Friday morning, just minutes into opening practice.
Television only caught the end of it, as Marquez struggled to get to his feet in the gravel. Photographers' pictures revealed why: he'd been thrown into the air and landed heavily on his neck. It was incredible to think that he'd escaped it basically unhurt.
His skills even include crashing well.

MotoGP - Sachsenring: Riders are now starting to change back onto slicks on the grid, and looking at the start/finish straight, that has to be the right move... But how damp at the fast corners at the back going to be...?
DTM - Moscow Raceway: We're 13 laps into the race and Martin is making it look very, very easy at the front of the field. He currently leads by more than five seconds from Bruno Spengler.

MotoGP - Sachsenring: The grid is drying quickly with the initial shower having passed, but riders are telling their teams that the back end of the circuit is still very wet. More rain is forecast too.
MotoGP - Sachsenring: Two weeks ago at Assen, Jorge Lorenzo described his performance as the worst ride of his entire career, as he struggled to 13th and admitted he was spooked by memories of his 2013 crash in similar damp conditions.
Lorenzo and Yamaha team-mate Valentino Rossi qualified only fifth and sixth, citing problems with their final set of tyres. They'd been quick in practice and have strong race pace, but the rain has to create a question mark over Lorenzo given what happened in the Netherlands.
And remember last year he crashed and broke his collarbone at both Assen and the Sachsenring, with the second shunt re-breaking the injury and bending the metal plate he'd had inserted...

DTM - Moscow Raceway: Another Brit down! Paul di Resta has retired. Seems to be a technical issue. Just Gary Paffett left (he's currently 19th).
DTM - Moscow Raceway: The race has one less Brit now, with Jamie Green retiring. Looks as if his Audi has finally succumbed to damage sustained in a lap one incident with Edo Mortara. "I had no idea he was there" explains Green over the radio as he pulls off the circuit.

MotoGP - Sachsenring: Properly wet track now, the riders are doing their reconnaissance laps on wets, and race direction have held up a 'wet race' sign, meaning it's officially free choice on tyres and up to riders to decide when to pit.

DTM - Moscow Raceway: Spare a thought this weekend for Augusto Farfus; the Brazilian has surely been copping some flack over the football result from his German colleagues. Yesterday Timo Glock turned his 17 sticker into 1:7, with a Brazilian flag on the left, and a German one on the right.

FR3.5 - Nurburgring: As the gap fluctuates between Merhi and Vaxiviere out front (it's been down to 0.8s and is now 1.2s), Fantin has retired from sixth, pulling off at the final chicane.

Moto2 - Sachsenring: Aegerter threw his bike down Kallio's inside into Turn 12 to snatch that one. The Finn tried to retaliate and had a run from the outside at the final corner, but missed the victory by 0.091s.
In some consolation for Kallio, his title rival and Marc VDS team-mate Rabat also lost a place on the last lap as Corsi snatched third from him and pushed him off the podium.

FR3.5 - Nurburgring: Merhi is doing his best to fight back against the challenge of Vaxiviere out front - he took a tenth back that lap to extend his lead to 0.7s.
Lotus's chances of a double podium are looking good now - since the stops Stockinger has been able to drop Sirotkin from his tail. The Russian now has to worry about defending his fourth place from Amberg and Fantin.

Moto2 - Sachsenring: Brilliant stuff from Aegerter. That's the 23-year-old Swiss rider's first victory at world championship level, in his 77th Moto2 race.
It's also the Technomag team's first win since Moto2's inaugural event in Qatar in 2010. That was won by the late Shoya Tomizawa, who died in a crash at Misano later that year.
Aegerter has been with Technomag right the way through that period, he and the team will be ecstatic.

FR3.5 - Nurburgring: This is a cracking drive from Vaxiviere, who only returned this weekend after suffering back injuries three rounds ago in Monaco.
He's taking time out of Merhi, and the gap that was 1.3s as they left the pits two laps ago is now down to 0.6s.
