I'm still in shock, how uncharacteristic from Ogier. But congratulations to Andreas Mikkelsen on his maiden win. A full report will follow shortly.
Ogier simply went too fast out of a left hander and he hit the barrier, taking a wheel off in the process.
Wow wow wow. Can you believe it!
Unbelievable scenes in Spain! Mikkelsen has just been told he has won Rally Catalunya!
Crash
OGIER HAS CRASHED!
Mikkelsen beats his team-mate by 1.7s, fantastic time.
Quote
Here's Latvala:
"We had a perfect run we really had a good run. If Andreas is going quicker than that? Full respect to him."
"We had a perfect run we really had a good run. If Andreas is going quicker than that? Full respect to him."
Wow! Latvala! 3.5s quicker than Meeke at the stage end.
Sordo is seventh fastest. He holds on to fourth overall.
Sordo hasn't set the world alight through the opening split, Latvala is though, he's up by 1.3s.
Ostberg is third fastest but crucially, he finishes ahead of Meeke overall by 1.9s.
Ostberg is up through the second split.
So, can Meeke demote Ostberg?
Meeke goes fastest by 0.5s, great effort.
Paddon is fifth fastest, 4.8s off the quickest time so far
Neuville finishes 1m41s down
Neuville is going to be caught by Paddon at this rate, he is limping along.
Neuville has had a moment, huge chunk of bodywork missing on the front left of his Hyundai.
And Prokop is third fastest.
Prokop third fastest through the opening split.
Very close for Kubica but no cigar, he is only 0.4s behind Tanak.
Kubica is 0.7s up on Tanak through the opening split.
Al Qassimi completes the stage 18.4s down.
Evans is 3.3s down on Tanak at the stage end. Both M-Sport drivers will be pretty glad that this weekend is over.
Evans is down on Tanak through the opening split
Tanak nails the roundabout at the stage end, he comes through with a time of 7m57.6s
Beautiful, twisty stage this. The two M-sport Ford's look lovely blasting through it.
Tanak is into the stage, here we go!
I don't know about you but I love the roundabout at the end of the power stage. Donuts for breakfast!
Not long now until the conclusion of what has been an incredible Rally Catalunya
The final stage will start at 12.08am local time (11.08 UK time). We have some great battles to look out for between Mikkelsen and Latvala for second; Meeke and Ostberg for fifth and of course the WRC2 title fight.
Borken driveshaft for Neuville but he will carry on to the final stage.
HUGE development in WRC2, Armin Kremer took 15.2s out of Al-Attiyah on SS22 who needs third to take the title if Tidemand wins. The gap between the two with just the power stage to go is 0.1s
