Dovizioso goes underneath Marquez and up to second - can he get back-to-back wins on that Ducati?
Through goes Pedrosa into the lead with a sweet tow along the main straight!
So it's Marquez from Pedrosa, Dovizioso, Folger, Petrucci and Lorenzo up front. Rossi now P8.
Things are going from bad to worse for Lorenzo, who runs wide at Turn 10 and allows Petrucci through into fifth place.
Lorenzo loses another place, this time to Folger in a bold move at Turn 5.
A bit further back, Sam Lowes has had a frustrating weekend, but is on the move this afternoon. The Aprilia rider has just passed Rabat for 19th and is only 1.8s behind Iannone.
Pedrosa had a sniff at passing Marquez along the straight, but seemingly backed off and let his teammate keep the lead.
Dovizioso into third, Lorenzo has lost three places in as many corners!
Great move from Marquez at Turn 10, he takes Lorenzo up the inside and Pedrosa follows him through!
Rossi gains a place at Zarco's expense, and moves up to ninth.
While Marquez hassles Lorenzo, Dovizioso is menacing Pedrosa in the fight for third.
Lorenzo coming under big pressure for the lead now from Marquez, the Ducati just hangs on at Turn 10.
Miller is 11th and heads Redding, Barbera, Crutchlow, Vinales, Baz, Abraham, Iannone, Rabat, Lowes, Guintoli and P.Espargaro.
Rossi coming to life now on the medium tyres, fastest lap for the Italian.
Top 10 after four laps of action looks like this:
Lorenzo, Marquez, Pedrosa, Dovizioso, Folger, Petrucci, A.Espargaro, Bautista, Zarco and Rossi.
Lorenzo with a 0.355s buffer over Marquez over the line that time, 21 laps to go.
Up front, it's still Lorenzo, from Marquez, Pedrosa, Dovizioso, Folger, Petrucci.
Couple of other stragglers down the order - Crutchlow is running 13th, two places ahead of Vinales, while Iannone's Suzuki is a pitiful 18th.
Folger sets a new fastest lap, and Rossi is now back inside the top 10.
A bit further down, Iannone's 200th race is not going so well. He has just dropped behind Loris Baz and Karel Abraham and is 18th.
Replays show Petrucci just moving across from third on the grid straight into the path of Marquez - luckily both men stayed mounted.
The incident involving Petrucci and Marquez at the start is under investigation.
Zarco moves into the top 10, so it's both Tech3 bikes ahead of the works Yamahas...
Fourth-place man Dovizioso sets the fastest lap, as Folger dives underneath Espargaro for fifth.
Lorenzo still out front from the two Repsol Hondas at the end of lap 2.
Folger the best of the Yamahas by some distance, the German a very solid sixth on the Tech3 machine.
Dovizioso now up to fourth ahead of Espargaro and Bautista and on Pedrosa's tail.
Rossi has fallen to 12th, but the big story is Vinales, who languishes down in 16th!
Marquez moves clear of Pedrosa for second place as they complete the opening lap.
So the early order is Lorenzo, Pedrosa, Marquez, Aleix Espargaro and Bautista as the field comes through Turn 10...
Great start for Pedrosa, he takes a clear lead into Turn 1 - Lorenzo hangs on to second from Marquez, who nearly got clattered by Petrucci at the start!
