Zarco gets it done at the final chicane, only to lose out to Bautista at Turn 1 the following lap. Lorenzo tried to slipstream the pair of them, but ran wide.
Zarco and Bautista meanwhile are duelling over sixth, with Lorenzo just behind.
Now - what can Marquez do about Dovizioso, who is nearly eight tenths in the clear?
Dovizioso was the only rider in the 1m46s bracket on that last lap.
Dovizioso has opened up a slender lead of four tenths over Pedrosa, who still has Marquez breathing down his neck.
A win here for Dovi would put him very close to Vinales in the points, barring a late surge by the Spaniard...
Looks like the Italian has decided now is the time to try and build a gap over the Honda riders.
Rossi has dropped off the back of Lorenzo now, the gap between the pair is 1.7 seconds.
Cal Crutchlow is closing down Barbera in 11th, with Vinales, Redding, Baz and Abraham the last of the points scorers as it stands. Iannone, Lowes, Rabat, Guintoli and P.Espargaro complete the field.
With 10 laps to go Pedrosa leads Dovizioso, with Marquez, Folger, Petrucci, Bautista, Zarco, Lorenzo, Rossi and Barbera completing the top 10.
There's still just 1.010s covering the lead quartet, with Petrucci a further second behind.
Folger just losing touch with the leading three now, remember he's on medium tyres all round rather than the hard/medium combination of the riders ahead.
In the battle for the final points paying position, Baz is 3.4 seconds clear of Abraham and only 0.7 seconds behind Redding in 14th.
No change up front as we pass the halfway mark, Pedrosa still out front but Dovizioso looks like he has the pace to make a move.
Rossi still hassling Lorenzo for eighth, not a position either man will be happy to be fighting for...
Approaching the halfway point of this race, Pedrosa still leads Dovizioso, Marquez, Folger, Petrucci and Bautista at the sharp end of the field.
Vinales meanwhile is still languishing in 13th, and is on course for just three points at it stands.
In that battle for top British honours, Crutchlow has moved ahead of Redding and is 0.8 seconds clear now in 12th.
Dovizioso clearly pulling out of Pedrosa's slipstream prematurely on the main straight - he clearly does not want to lead this... yet!
Zarco has taken Lorenzo for seventh, and now the two old rivals Lorenzo and Rossi are battling for eighth.
Dovizioso looked like he had a chance to go through there along the main straight, but seems content to follow in Pedrosa's wheeltracks for now.
Redding and compatriot Crutchlow are debating 12th. The Pramac rider has just moved ahead of the LCR man.
Pedrosa, Dovizioso, Marquez and Folger still within just three tenths at the front.
Keep an eye on Zarco, he's been the quickest man on track in recent laps, and is within 3.5s of the men at the front.
Rossi also loses a place as Zarco's Tech3 machine goes through for P8.
Through goes Bautista for sixth, Lorenzo continues his march down the order.
Lorenzo now coming under pressure from Bautista and Rossi, and losing touch with the leading bunch of five.
Rossi lurking not too far behind the lead group, he's only three seconds off leader Pedrosa in P8.
17 laps to go and Pedrosa leads Dovizioso, Marquez, Folger, Petrucci, Lorenzo, Bautista, Rossi, Zarco, Miller, Redding, Barbera, Crutchlow, Vinales and Baz.
