FR3.5 - Nurburgring: Fantin's Draco crew is making a last minute switch from wet tyres to slicks.
Mechanics will have to hurry in order to avoid incurring a time penalty for working on the car after the mandatory cut-off point.
American Jake Rosenzweig receieved a penalty for just that reason, along with most of the grid, after setting a shock pole at Spa for Carlin back in 2010.

Moto2 - Misano: It's all change in the battle behind Zarco, with Nakagami coming through to second and Folger now down to fifth behind Rabat. With six laps to go, though, Zarco is 4s clear and probably thinking about the best spot for his post-race celebratory backflip.
FR3.5 - Nurburgring: Brazilian Pietro Fantin was understandably satisfied with his front row grid position this morning, the highest the Draco driver has qualified this season.
"We have some momentum from Silverstone," said Fantin, who scored a podium and fastest lap at the British round last week.
"We changed the car a little bit for quali this morning, and also my technique in a few places. I would be really happy with a podium, I think Rowland [on pole] has a little bit of an advantage this weekend."

Moto2 - Misano: Folger is through to second past Corsi, but Zarco has a 2.2s lead at half-distance. Can the German close in, or is this another win in the bag for the points leader?

V8 Supercars - Sandown 500: The showpiece event in the V8 Supercars calendar, the Bathurst 1000, is approaching, and today saw the traditional preparation event at Sandown.
Mark Winterbottom won with co-driver Steve Owen to strengthen his championship lead, in a one-two finish of Prodrive Racing Australia Fords.

So Zarco is handed the race lead, but with Syahrin, Simone Corsi, Jonas Folger, Taka Nakagami and Julian Simon close behind.

Moto2 - Misano: After a boisterous first few corners between Zarco and Rins, it's Zarco who gets the lead and Dominique Aegerter bursts through from fifth and splits them.
