FIA GT - Zandvoort: Three into Tarzan doesn't work. Parente is the meat in a sandwich between Vanthoor and Simonsen.
Vanthoor comes out in the lead, Parente picks up some damage and retires.

FIA GT - Zandvoort: The FIA GT Championship is about to resume after a two-and-a-half-month hiatus - the cars have left the grid for the qualifying race.
Euro RX - Holjes: Free practice over in Sweden. Petter Solberg heads the order 0.4s ahead of local man Timmy Hansen and championship leader Timur Timerzyanov.
Checkered flag
F3 Masters - Zandvoort: No significant improvements in that mini-session. So Rosenqvist claims provisional pole for Mucke Motorsport on a 1m30.839s. That's nearly three tenths up on Carlin man Harry Tincknell. Alex Lynn and Emil Bernstorff are third and fourth for Prema. Second qual is just after 3pm over here, so the temperatures are surely going to be much hotter. The grid might well have already been set.

Euro RX - Holjes: Free practice is just getting underway here at Holjes in Sweden for the sixth round of the European Rallycross Championship, with the biggest entry of the season so far.
F3 Masters - Zandvoort: There's a dash for the pitlane exit - will those Kumhos get up to temp with just one warm-up lap?
F3 Masters - Zandvoort: The order at the moment is: Rosenqvist, Tincknell, Lynn, Bernstorff and Auer. The session will restart in about a minute — for almost exactly three minutes.
Red flag
F3 Masters - Zandvoort: Felix Rosenqvist goes top on a 1m30.839s. Then the redflags fly after Antonio Giovinazzi crashes. Only three minutues left on the clock, so there will be time for one flying lap if anyone so choses.
F3 Masters - Zandvoort: The times they are a-tumblin'. Nicholas Latifi goes quickest on a 1m31.561, only to be ousted from the top spot by Sven Muller.
F3 Masters - Zandvoort: 10 mins to go in first qualifying, and Pipo Derani has provisional pole by a whopping eight tenths aboard his Fortec Dallara-Mercedes. Thr Brazilian is so far the only guy to get anywhere close yestersday's practice times.

GP3 - Nurburgring: That's it, the curtain closes on a fantastically-exciting qualifying session. Regalia will start from pole, thanks mainly to a marvellous first sector time, ahead of Elllinas, Fontana, Harvey, Williamson, Yelloly and Sims.
Early pacesetters Kvyat and Korjus are eighth and ninth, with Sainz rounding out the top 10. A troubled Daly will start 14th, Zamparelli 16th and Vainio 17th.

GP3 - Nurburgring: Fontana leaps up to P3, that's a great effort. Three-tenths off pole.
GP3 - Nurburgring: Sims goes P6. Korjus takes P8.
GP3 - Nurburgring: Harvey has jumped up to third, ahead of Williamson. So the order now is Regalia, Ellinas, Harvey, Williamson and Yelloly.
GP3 - Nurburgring: Regalia takes P1, 0.054s faster than Ellinas.
GP3 - Nurburgring: Facu Regalia sets a new standard in sector one. He's due a pole this year. ART team-mate Daly, meanwhile, has been spotted touring around.
GP3 - Nurburgring: Ellinas takes P1, 1m44.224s. That's three-tenths up on Williamson's next-best time.
GP3 - Nurburgring: ...Williamson goes back to P1, Yellolly goes P2. Ellinas is on a stonker, though...
GP3 - Nurburgring: Brits Yelloly and Zamparelli are on quick laps now, and Ellinas is fastest in sector one...
GP3 - Nurburgring: Big names who need epic final runs: points leader Ellinas has dropped to fifth, Conor Daly is 13th, one spot ahead of early pacesetter Williamson. Yelloly has slipped to 17th, but is winding up for a quick lap right now.
Silverstone winner Harvey is P19 - yikes!

GP3 - Nurburgring: Silverstone poleman Korjus goes second-fastest, 0.034s down on Kvyat's fastest time. Alex Fontana has risen to P4. Ten minutes to go, plenty of time to improve with fresh tyres being thrown at the cars with gay abandon.
GP3 - Nurburgring: Sainz has gone P4. He still looks pretty lairy out there! Standard...
GP3 - Nurburgring: He played down his stunning pace in practice yesterday, but Alexander Sims goes P2 on 1m44.785s. That is so impressive, as he hasn't driven a single-seater since the Macau GP last year.
GP3 - Nurburgring: Daniil Kvyat hits the top on 1m44.675s. A handy clear lap for him.
Regalia, who is P3, has an off on the exit of Turn 3. He continues.

GP3 - Nurburgring: Halfway through a very entertaining session, and teams are bolting on yet more rubber for second runs. Points leader Tio Ellinas sets the fastest time now, on 1m44.884s - the first-ever GP3 lap around here under 1m45s.
GP3 - Nurburgring: Carlos Sainz Jr has a big spin on the exit of the Mercedes Arena, getting far too greedy with the throttle. He doesn't hit anything and stays out. He's down in 14th.
GP3 - Nurburgring: Times coming thick and fast. Conor Daly, Dino Zamparelli and Facu Regalia all take turns at P1. Regalia's time is 1m45.116s, almost a quarter of a second swifter than Zamparelli. Jack Harvey is up to sixth.
FIA GT - Zandvoort: Parente bangs in a lap to claim the pole for Sebastien Loeb Racing and McLaren. His 1m37.923s edges out Andreas Simonsen in the Charouz Gravity Merc by just sixth one hundredths. Vanthoor is another hundredth back in third.
GP3 - Nurburgring: Williamson grabs pole back with 1m45.494s, despite catching at car at the Veedol Chicane (or whatever it is that they call it these days). Yelloly goes P2, 0.15s down on the Scot.
GP3 - Nurburgring: Korjus's time is 1m45.76s, 0.133s quicker than Williamson. Will it be his second successive pole?
GP3 - Nurburgring: Lewis Williamson takes P1 on 1m45.893, but is quickly toppled by Korjus - that lock-up obviously didn't do any damage to his tyres then.
GP3 - Nurburgring: Big lock-up for Silverstone poleman Kevin Korjus. Koiranen team-mate Aaro Vainio has just visited the gravel at Turn 1.
GP3 - Nurburgring: Eric Lichtenstein goes P1, but is quickly bettered by Daniil Kvyat. Carlos Sainz goes second, but then Nick Yelloly betters him for P2.
GP3 - Nurburgring: Early pacesetter is Melville McKee on 1m46.511s but it was a scruffy lap. Expect that to be toppled very shortly.
FIA GT - Zandvoort: The shambolic affair that is SuperPole begins. Gets us thinking that 2013 must be the Chinese year of the rubbish qualifying system. Which is worse, FIA GTs or WEC? Answers on a postcard, please.
FIA GT - Zandvoort: Rene Rast is fastest in Q2 for the WRT Audi squad by three tenths from Alvaro Parente in his Loeb McLaren. So the 10 cars to go through to SuperPole will be driven by Rast, Parente, Khodair, Day, Onidi, Vanthoor, Baumann, Ide, Stippler and Simonsen.
GP3 - Nurburgring: Cars are on track for the 30-minute qualifying session. The big question mark is how many fresh sets of tyres you use in qualifying. The weather is hot and sunny, with air temperature already over 20C.
