ALMS - Road America: Legge pits, and hands the DeltaWing over the Meyrick. Meanwhile, big moment for Johannes van Overbeek, who quickly vacates a rather smokey #2 Extreme Speed HPD.
Checkered flag
NASCAR Sprint Cup - Watkins Glen results:
1 Kyle Busch; 2 Keselowski; 3 Truex; 4 Edwards; 5 Montoya; 6 Bowyer; 7 Logano; 8 Johnson; 9 Kurt Busch; 10 Allmendinger.

ALMS - Road America: Luhr's stretching his legs now, pulling out an 18s lead ahead of Legge at the front. With an hour and a half to go, Gonzalez leads LMP2; Ende P2; Farnbacher GT and Snow GTC (though that's artificial; Pumpelly will assume control shortly, three seconds clear of Bleekemolen).
Checkered flag
NASCAR - Watkins Glen: Keselowski's final-corner bid fails and kyle Busch wins.
Truex almost gets second from Keselowski on the line.

NASCAR - Watkins Glen: Keselowski is almost nudging Busch towards the final corners.
NASCAR - Watkins Glen: Just like last year, it's Kyle Busch leading Keselowski on the final lap...
NASCAR - Watkins Glen: No drama this time, Busch makes it safely through in the lead as Keselowski and Truex go side by side through the Esses.
ALMS - Road America: Epic battle for the LMP2 lead between Gonzalez and Sharp, with just a few tenths separating the Level 5 and Extreme Speed HPDs.
Green flag
NASCAR - Watkins Glen: Order ahead of the shootout: Busch leads Keselowski, Truex, Edwards, Bowyer and Montoya.
ALMS - Road America: It's now Pumpelly versus Bleekemolen for the GTC lead, as the frontrunners pit and change drivers.
NASCAR - Watkins Glen: Looks like we'll have two laps to go at the restart.
...and any green/white/chequered mayhem, of course.

Watkins Glen
NASCAR - Watkins Glen: As well as taking pole, Ambrose also led the most laps, having notched up 51 in front before his day started going awry.
He'll be classified outside the top 30.
ALMS - Road America: Legge has serious trouble clearing a GT Porsche, and now Luhr is right behind...and doesn't get by! Yet, anyway. Serious straightline speed from the DeltaWing.
Ah, now it's past. Short-lived but impressive time in front by Legge and the DeltaWing.

NASCAR - Watkins Glen: Oh dear, Stewart's stand-in Papis was the man who tapped Ambrose, although the Australian seemed to be sliding already before the contact.
Ambrose clipped Brian Vickers as he turned, sending the MWR Toyota into the barriers too.

ALMS - Road America: Pagenaud is now in the #551 Level 5 car, and resumes the chase in third, some way behind Gonzalez and Sharp. That's not quite played out in the short-term, but those strategists know what they're doing. We think...
Crash
NASCAR - Watkins Glen: Ambrose climbs out of his wrecked car. There will not be a third straight Glen win. He is absolutely furious.
Yellow flag
NASCAR - Watkins Glen: Back to yellow for another multi-car shut at the Esses. Ambrose is among the victims, and he's out!
ALMS - Road America: Luhr slashes Legge's lead to just 8.5s. Tucker finally pits from the LMP2 lead, an hour in.
Green flag
NASCAR - Watkins Glen: Here we go, six laps remaining, Busch leads Keselowski...
NASCAR - Watkins Glen: No point asking Earnhardt who he thought caused that, he's just given the answer by shortcutting over some run-off to find Kenseth so he could gently ram him before heading to the pits for repairs.
ALMS - Road America: Farnbacher is in a mega groove at the head of the GT battle. He put more than a second on Edwards on that last lap, and now leads the BMW by five seconds.
ALMS - Road America: Only a handful of drivers on-track who haven't stopped yet. Scott Tucker, in second overall, and Ed Brown are the zero-stopping P2 runners at present, while the PC trio of Schultis/French/Cumming have also not pit yet.
Crash
NASCAR - Watkins Glen: That started when Kenseth tapped Kahne into a spin, possibly after a touch from Earnhardt.
Kahne then bounced off the inside barrier and collected Earnhardt.
Amid plenty of smoke and mayhem, everyone got through reasonably smoothly apart from Burton and David Ragan, who ended up pointing backwards.

ALMS - Road America: Here's something to note down: Katherine Legge leads, on merit, in the DeltaWing. Their decision to stop early for slicks has led to a series of fastest laps, enough to leapfrog the Pickett car, which has just made its first stop.
Yellow flag
NASCAR - Watkins Glen: Back to yellow as Kasey Kahne spins out of the Esses and gets collected by Dale Earnhardt Jr and others on the narrow back straight.
Green flag
NASCAR - Watkins Glen: Green, but then...
NASCAR - Watkins Glen: Penske reminds Keselowski that getting back to secnd is already a good result after his earlier spin.
"Race smart," urges crew chief Paul Wolfe.
"Yes sir! You bet! replies the champion.

NASCAR - Watkins Glen: A few cars taking a punt and coming in for fresh tyres and a fuel splash for a late-race charge. Key among them is Allmendinger.
Crash
NASCAR - Watkins Glen: Kvapil's car was already missing quite a few bits after his earlier tangle with Fellows, and banged the barriers a few times coming out of the Esses, eventually losing a tyre.
ALMS - Road America: Sellers pits, and rejoins splitting the Corvettes and the Viper. He slots in what looks like just behind the Magnussen Corvette, while Edwards leads Farnbacher.
Sharp, meanwhile, has pitted from second in the LMP2 class. That's being led by Tucker, as the Pickett P1 car pits for its first stop.
Sharp, meanwhile, has pitted from second in the LMP2 class. That's being led by Tucker, as the Pickett P1 car pits for its first stop.
Yellow flag
NASCAR - Watkins Glen: Yellow out as Travis Kvapil has an incident at Turn 2. Now 11 laps to go.
ALMS - Road America: Bomarito gets mugged by both Corvettes as the trio pit together. Edwards, having already pit for slick tyres in his BMW, passes everyone in that group though and thus takes second on the road.
NASCAR - Watkins Glen: Interesting news from the Joe Gibbs radio: leader Busch has enough fuel to get to the flag, but not enough to do a green/white/chequered.
"Save tyres, save fuel, save brakes," urges crew chief Dave Rogers.
"C'mon baby, stay green!" replies Busch.

ALMS - Road America: Sellers pulls a cracking move on Bomarito to take the GT lead in the Falken Porsche, and now Jan Magnussen is climbing all over the Viper.
NASCAR - Watkins Glen: Ambrose is now 11th after successfully passing Mears. Jeff Burton now has a spin while trying his own move on Mears. He resumes and there is no yellow.
Montoya has overtaken Kenseth and now passes Earnhardt Ganassi team-mate Jamie McMurray for eighth.
Allmendinger fell right back to 32nd when he ran out of fuel then got penalised, but he's recovered to 17th so far.

LMP1: Luhr (Pickett HPD)
LMP2: Sharp (Extreme Speed HPD)
LMPC: Nunez (Performance Tech)
GT: Bomarito (SRT Viper)
GTC: Canache (Flying Lizard Porsche)

Twitter
NASCAR - Watkins Glen: An amusing observation from top Penske man Tim Cindric...
"Trying to think of a time when a caution actually helped an Australian driver on this side of the planet? @MarcosAmbrose @12WillPower"

Green flag
ALMS - Road America: Green flags fly and racing resumes - with a dry line definitely emerging.
ALMS - Road America: Legge pits for slicks in the DeltaWing - the same tyre choice as erstwhile GT leader Farnbacher. Seems teams are split, bringing in one car for slicks and keeping the other out.
NASCAR - Watkins Glen: Truex unimpressed over the radio after his door-banging exchange with Busch.
Further back, Ambrose has been trying to pass Montoya as both try to pass Mears. The Colombian has now made it and is 10th.
