Marquez's second sees him extend his championship lead over Rossi to 27 points. Lorenzo and Dovizioso sit qual on 66 in seventh and eighth, 49 points down on Marquez.
Despite crashing, rejoining, then pulling into pitlane, Morbidelli secured the final two points on offer in 14th.
Rossi's third will be a glimmer of hope to Yamaha. This was a circuit it struggled at massively last year.
Fourth place for Crutchlow secures him top independent honours in Barcelona. One wonders, though, what could he have managed today had he not crashed while on a quick lap in qualifying.

It may be a Ducati victory, but you can bet Honda's top brass will be wryly smiling too. The men one and two in this race will be on RC213Vs next year.
Nice to see a number of riders waving Andreas Perez flags on the cooldown lap.
Lorenzo now has 150 podiums to his name. That puts him into an exclusive club, which consists of Giacomo Agostini, Valentino Rossi and Dani Pedrosa. Not bad company, eh?
It is Lorenzo's first back-to-back MotoGP wins since Le Mans and Mugello in 2016.
Marquez extends his championship lead in second, while Rossi makes it three-successive podiums in third. Crutchlow, Pedrosa, Vinales, Zarco, Petrucci, Bautista, Iannone complete the top 10.
P.Espargaro was 11th, with Redding and Abraham taking the remaining points.

Lorenzo begins his final lap.
Morbidelli has been able to rejoin.
Lorenzo is still lapping in the low 1m40s bracket, on soft tyres that have done 21 laps. That is consistency and then some.
Half the field has fallen out of this race. Just 13 remain with three laps to go. Lorenzo, Marquez, Rossi, Crutchlow, Pedrosa, Vinales, Zarco, Petrucci, Iannone, Bautista, EsP, Redding, Abraham is your order.
Crash
Syahrin has crashed at Turn 4. That looks a bit of a weird one. He ran wide then highsided.

Vinales has moved past Zarco at Turn 1 for sixth with four laps to go. Only 14 riders remain in this race.
Crash
Morbidelli has gone down at Turn 2. That's his fourth fall of the weekend.
Crash
Miller has retired.
Lorenzo has not lapped outside of the 1m40.4s bracket apart from the opening lap. The hammer strikes, and hard.
The worry now is if there is fuel on circuit.

Eight laps to go and Crutchlow still cannot find a way through on Pedrosa for fourth. Lorenzo, Marquez, Rossi is your top three still. The final few points are currently held by Bautista in 13th, Morbidelli 14th and Pol Espargaro in 15th.
Rossi has upped his pace quite a bit. Fastest man on track last time around. But, Marquez is a few seconds up the road. There is pace in that Yamaha, but not enough of it in the early stages.
Vinales had a go at Zarco's sixth place at Turn 10, but ran wide. Petrucci, Miller and Rabat complete the top 10 at present.
1.7s is Lorenzo's advantage now with nine laps to go.
Crash
Nakagami has wiped out Smith at Turn 5. Nakagami lost the front and Smith was an innocent victim in that.
Vinales has found his way past Petrucci, as has Zarco. Crutchlow will want to get a shift on if he doesn't want the charging Yamahas to catch him.
Iannone had an off-track excursion at Turn 1. Not been a great day for Suzuki so far.
Lorenzo victory will put him on equal points with Dovizioso. Meanwhile, Honda look set to have three bikes in the top five. What must Ducati management be thinking right now?
