A provisional result from Silverstone, in Porsche Supercup qualifying. Nicki Thiim, son of 1986 DTM champion Kurt, claimed his first pole position of the season at Silverstone. Despite not putting together his perfect lap – he set the best sector two time of all on the lap before the one that earned him pole - Thiim denied Michael Christensen a maiden pole by 0.161s.

STCC - Gothenburg: Q2 finishes with Bjork leading the way. Haglof is next up followed by Linus Ohlsson (Volvo), Goransson, Larsson and Ekblom. Bjork was over 0.5s quicker than the rest, but places 2-6 were covered by just 0.1s!

Blancpain - Paul Ricard: An update after the conclusion of free practice, which was topped by Peter Kox. The Dutchman headed the times in his Blancpain Racing Lamborghini Gallardo with a 2m07.363s lap.
WTCC - Porto: Scrap that, Muller has his time disallowed for exceeding track limits at Turn 12.

WTCC - Porto: Muller is the fastest man after the first flyers, a full seven tenths clear of a field led by Tom Coronel and Mehdi Bennani.

WTCC - Porto: Incidentally, and just before we start seeing times being posted, Porto really does have a fantastic paddock this weekend.
There's a plethora of historic saloons and single seaters, and and some modern GT machinery too. More importantly, where else would you get wine racks in amongst the garages?
STCC - Gothenburg: The top 10 from Q1 are out on track for Q2. The rain has got heavier and it's cold.

STCC - Gothenburg: Q1 concludes with Fredrik Larsson fastest for BMW followed by Robin Rudholm (BMW), Tomas Engstrom (Honda), Daniel Haglof (Saab), Ekblom (Volvo) and Bjork (Volvo). Andersson's Dacia ended up 12th fastest.

Moto3 - Assen: Fantastic race by Salom to take his third win in a row, and Rins does himself justice with a last-gasp jump back to third.

Moto3 - Assen: Luis Salom wins! Beautifully judged ride and he passes Vinales just before the chicane, giving him no chance to reply.

STCC - Gothenburg: We're back under way with just over 8 minutes to run, but it's started raining. Richard Goransson (BMW) currently heads Robert Dahlgren (Volvo).
Moto3 - Assen: Miguel Oliveira then launches himself into third. It's still five bikes nose-to-tail...
Moto3 - Assen: Salom takes the lead! Into the final chicane to start the final lap, but then Vinales repasses him into Turn 1!
Moto3 - Assen: Three to go and now Salom pushes past Rins to take third. But then Marquez runs wide and Rins nips past the pair into second - before Salom wrests the place back! Incredible.

STCC - Gothenburg: The first qualifying session has been stopped here. For Dacia fans (you know who you are) Mattias Andersson is currently an impressive fourth.
Blancpain - Paul Ricard: You can watch the full Blancpain Endurance Series race from France live on AUTOSPORT tomorrow.
Moto3 - Assen: Vinales leads. This has been a rather impressive response to his first lap drop down the order.
Blancpain - Paul Ricard: Over in France - a touch of class by the Blancpain organisers. They have issued each of the 62 entries with a special tribute decal remembering Allan Simonsen.
Moto3 - Assen: Marquez leads! Vinales follows him through to second and you've got to feel a little bit for Rins, who is now down to third having led comfortably for so long. Five and a bit to go.
Moto3 - Assen: Salom's been bumped back to fourth but that group - headed by Marquez and actually just made a quartet by Oliveira - have just caught Rins! It's now a five-bike race for the lead with seven laps to go!

Moto3 - Assen: Rins' lead was up to 1.5s but Salom and Vinales were working in tandem to haul him in - until Marquez passed Vinales for third, anyway.
ERC - Ypres: Cars are now heading for mid-morning service, a quarter of the way through their marathon day.
Leader Freddy Loix was happy enough to be a close second to Breen on that stage, admitting he was controlling the pace but insisting he felt far from secure given how slippery conditions are.

Moto3 - Assen: Vinales is up to third place now, while Juanfran Guevara - who was stretchered away after shunted at Turn 1 on the first lap - has hip pain, but is watching from the sidelines.

Moto3 - Assen: Marquez is back up to second - well, he was. Rins has broken the gap to the chasing quintet, and Salom decides he needs to do something about that, repassing Marquez.
STCC - Gothenburg: The cars are making their way out of the paddock for qualifying. The Volvos of Thed Bjork and Fredrik Ekblom were quickest in practice yesterday, but there was just 0.8s covering the top 10. It's dry at the moment, but the dark grey clouds look ominous.
Moto3 - Assen: Rins has now hit the front with Salom nipping into second, knocking Marquez back to third.

ERC - Ypres: Production Cup leader Andreas Aigner has clouted a tree on that stage. He gets to the finish but his Subaru is effectively missing a wheel.

Moto3 - Assen: Alex Marquez has usurped poleman Miguel Oliveira to lead Alex Rins and Jonas Folger after the first lap. Oliveira is fourth while Maverick Vinales has slipped to eighth.
