FIA GT - Navarra: This morning Sebastien Loeb and Alvaro Parente had won three out of five FIA GT qualifying races this year but never turned them into a championship race win.
That finally changed at Navarra, and to make it even sweeter for Loeb, his biggest car racing win yet came in a one-two for his Sebastien Loeb Racing McLaren team.
It came too late for any title hopes, but the championship fight is alive going into the postponed finale on the streets of Baku.
Leaders Laurens Vanthoor and Stephane Ortelli were left in salvage mode after being punted off on the first lap of the main event, allowing their WRT Audi team-mates Frank Stippler and Edward Sandstrom to close right in.

NASCAR - Dover: Caution was for liquid dropped by Keselowski as his motor blew. Johnson regained the lead with swift Hendrick pitwork. Kenseth lines up second.

FR3.5 - Aragon: What a weekend for Kevin Magnussen. A win in race one takes him to the brink of the title, then it's taken away for a DRS infringement, which is either due to paint (says his DAMS team) or something more significant (says Renault Sport).
But he puts it behind him to win again in race two and now the championship really is within his grasp.

NASCAR - Dover: Gibbs beat Hendrick in the pits, so Kenseth gets to pick the lane for the restart. Earnhardt lines up fourth.

NASCAR - Dover: Unscheduled stop for Kurt Busch to check a loose wheel. He's now three laps down in 30th.

Superstars - Imola: A downpour at Imola was very well-timed for Gianni Morbidelli and his four-wheel drive Audi.
A heroic effort from Tonio Liuzzi denied Morbidelli victory in race one, but there was no stopping him in race two - and that makes the ex-Arrows Formula 1 man's points lead look pretty healthy with just October's Vallelunga finale to go.

NASCAR - Dover: Lap 100/400. Earnhardt leads but Jimmie Johnson is looking ominous in second. All 13 Chasers are in the top 18. Newman is third, Kenseth fourth, Kyle Busch fifth.
NASCAR - Dover: Earnhardt works his way around Newman to retake the lead.
NASCAR - Dover: Newman passes Kyle Busch to lead, Earnhardt is closing in fast too. It shows that over a long(ish) run, four tyres is definitely the way to go.
NASCAR - Dover: Earnhardt and Kenseth haven't made any progress despite their four fresh tyres. Kyle Busch is looking strong out front at the moment. The man on the move is Ryan Newman, who's up to second on his four new Goodyears.

BTCC - Silverstone: It was a typically topsy-turvy Touring Car weekend at Silverstone.
Jason Plato dominated race one, then had to work much harder to win race two before Gordon Shedden turned a miserable weekend around with a race three win.
But a sixth, a second and a fifth was fine for the ominously consistent Andrew Jordan, who takes a handy points lead into next month's Brands Hatch finale.

MotoGP - Aragon: Marquez's sixth win of his MotoGP rookie season leaves him looking even harder to beat in the title race.
Jorge Lorenzo's recent momentum has been halted, and after that crash, Dani Pedrosa is surely out of it.

Dale Earnhardt Jr took pole on Friday, while Joey Logano dominated yesterday's Nationwide Series round for his fourth straight win at the Monster Mile.
