BTCC - Silverstone: Cars making their way to the grid for round 27. Neal on pole, ahead of Turkington and Tordoff - all on the soft-compound tyres. Aron Smith has used his, as has fifth-placed Jordan, so they're both on standard boots.
Can Plato make it a hat-trick from P6 on fresh soft tyres? He certainly needs to if he's to have a realistic chance of winning this title again. And Shedden must've smashed a mirror over a black cat's head to miss-out on the reverse-grid switch, and starts seventh on softs.

MotoGP - Aragon: Still no news on the outcome of MotoGP race direction's investigating into the Marc Marquez/Dani Pedrosa incident, but Honda confirms that Pedrosa's big crash was a result of damage from a brush with his team-mate.
DTM - Zandvoort: The Rockenfeller title party is well underway, although unlike the usual German persuasion to play 'We are the champions,' to mark the occasion, Audi instead opted for a Bon Jovi compilation.

Superstars - Imola: It's all over at Imola! Gianni Morbidelli cruises to victory in the rain. Tonio Liuzzi was second, Thomas Biagi just seventh. Francesco Sini put in a great drive to finish third.

FR3.5 - Paul Ricard: Vandoorne gets himself out of sight of the cameras quickly after jumping out of the car. With just over a lap to go here, Magnussen is on course to take his points lead to 43 with just 50 left to play for next time out at Barcelona.

Moto2 - Aragon: Bit of late injury news from Aragon - Zulfahmi Khairuddin picked up a fractured left wrist in his nasty crash in today's race. That's bad news with his home race in Malaysia only a fortnight away.
FR3.5 - Paul Ricard: Muller has got Magnussen's lead under 5s, but it would seem the Dane has it under control. There's a scrap brewing for fourth as Sorensen catches Melker, while Vandoorne goes off at the chicane again defending from Martsenko, and loses out to the Russian and Jaafar.
At the end of the lap Vandoorne dives into the pits and retires. His title dream was brought back to life with Magnussen's exclusion last night, but it has all fallen apart less than 24 hours later.

BTCC - Silverstone: Plato is now 47 points behind Jordan, who is 38 points clear of his nearest rivals, Turkington and Neal.
FR3.5 - Paul Ricard: With Magnussen in control out front, title rival Vandoorne's day is getting worse and worse. He's outside the points now, and is currently fending off Martsenko for 12th having just been off track at the chicane.
