Buemi replaces Ammermuller at ART
Sebastien Buemi will drive for ART in the next two GP2 rounds as Michael Ammermuller is still suffering from injury
The F3 Euro Series title contender replaced the German at Monaco earlier this year, and he will rejoin the team for this weekend's races at the Nurburgring, and the following round in Hungary.
Ammermuller has had a difficult season with reigning champions ART since he broke his wrist in the first round of the season in Bahrain, but his backers Red Bull have denied that he will be permanently dropped from ART.
Red Bull's driver mentor Dr Helmut Marko told this week's Autosport: "Michael is still suffering with the pain in the wrist that he broke earlier in the year.
"Sebastien will do the next two races for sure - in Germany and Hungary - and after that we will check on the condition of Michael."
Ammermuller, who won a race for Arden at the start of 2006, has only scored one point so far this season.
Fellow Red Bull-supported driver Buemi impressed ART on his GP2 debut at Monaco, where he qualified fourth and picked up two points with a seventh place finish.
