Jarvis on pole in second qualifying
Oliver Jarvis scored his third pole position of the season by clocking fastest time in the second British F3 qualifying session at Brands Hatch today
The McLaren Autosport BRDC Award winner benefited from error-free session this time, surviving yet more red flags and mastering a track that became progressively drier as the race went on.
Maro Engel made it a Carlin Motorsport 1-2 by repeating his performance of the morning session. Fortec's Yelmer Buurman did likewise, taking another third.
But championship leader and race one pole-sitter Mike Conway could only manage fourth this time. It was a bad afternoon for Double R Racing, with Bruno Senna lucky to manage fifth after a crash that wrecked the back end of his Dallara-Mercedes.
Juno Annala made it a double pole in the National Class, ahead of championship leader Rodolfo Gonzalez.
